Listed developer Sena Development Plc has unveiled 600million Baht Sena Fest, its first community mall located at Charoen Nakorn Road, Bangkok, that is poised to boost the developer’s revenue over the next few years.
Nestled on over four-rai or 6,400 sq m of 50-year leasehold land, Sena Fest offers a lettable area of 9,811 sq m, featuring 120 major shops and 60 mini shops. The mall will likely appeal to ages 25 to 45, generating at least 5,000 visitors in daily traffic.
The mall would contribute 75 million baht in annual revenue, mainly from rents, according to Kessara Thanyalakpark, Director at Sena Development.
Currently, almost 100 percent of the mall has been booked.
Sena Development eyes to achieve its sales target of 2.5 billion baht where 30 percent is pegged to come from low-rise residential projects while 70 percent will be from high-rise developments. For its income, 60 percent will be generated from condominiums, 34 percent from housing projects and six percent from rental business.
