THB1 billion sales for Sansiri

Sansiri sales events 2014

Property sales events held by developer Sansiri throughout Thailand last weekend generated sales of more than THB1 billion, according to Settha Taveesin, President of the developer.

Three events were held in Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai, and all received great responses from buyers.

The most popular projects in the events include The Base Rama 9 – Ramkhamhaeng, dCondo Campus Resort Chiang Mai, and the ready-to-move-in project dCondo Mine Phuket which has reached 70 percent sales.

New launch projects also received a good number of sales. The new condo HAUS at Sukhumvit 77 managed to reach 30 percent sales while the first phase of the new single detached housing Habitia Motif Panya – Indra has 60 percent of its units sold.

In November, the company plans to launch another single detached house project in Bangkok, Setthasiri Krungthep-Kritha.
