Property developer Ananda Development has achieved sales of more than THB13 billion from almost 2,100 units at a series of sales events in Bangkok within the last week.
In a statement the company revealed it hs launched four new condominiums – Ashton Asoke, Ideo Q Siam-Ratchathewi, Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit Eastgate, Ideo Mobi Wongsawang Interchange. Two projects completely sold out while the combined sales total was 85 percent of the launch value.
Ananda also held two events, a private Members Club event for existing customers to gain a first look at new projects, as well as a public launch of Ideo Urban Pulse at Bangkok’s Siam Paragon shopping centre last weekend.
Both Ashton Asoke and Ideo Q Siam achieved 100 percent sales, with the company stating that demand was three times the number available units for the Ashton Asoke project.
Chanond Ruangkritya, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ananda Development, said: “The success of these launches has shown that demand for modern, stylish, high quality and good value condominiums that are close to mass transit stations remains as strong as ever.
“The continuing rebound in consumer confidence since the change of government earlier this year is showing as expected in a rebound in consumer demand for property, and augurs well for our much larger series of launches planned for next year.”
