Magnolias French Country Khao Yai

Thai developer Magnolia Quality Development has completed its latest project – Magnolias French Country Khao Yai (pictured) – which it describes as a super luxury premium home resort of 18 villas which epitomise beauty and grace

The properties are now fully complete and ready to move in.

Thanomsak Kaeokhiao, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation, said, “Magnolias French Country Khao Yai represents the ultimate in high-flying premium villas a la French country style. It maintains the charm of luxury and grace on a beautiful plot of land surrounded by KhaoYai’s pristine natural environment.

“The project is a complete resort development made exclusive with a total of only 18 villas. Everything is right for high-flying living and relaxing offering simplistic privacy close to nature in an immersive way yet with all amenities necessary for quality lifestyle – elements that won it decent acceptance from the luxury market. To date, there are only some villas remain available.”

Magnolias French Country Khao Yai offers villas in three designs: Elegant French – there are 2 large-sized villas in the vein of a French chateau with four-bedrooms and five-bathrooms; Eclectic French – there are eight medium-sized villas in warm lavender tone with three-bedrooms and four-bathrooms; and Simple French – there are eight small-sized villas in a bright Provence design with two-bedrooms and three-bathrooms.

Prices of the villas range from THB15.3 million upwards to THB 34.9 million.
