WAKO BMS

A revolutionary Japanese bathroom design is catching on in construction and renovation projects in Thailand.

The WAKO BMS (WAKO Bathroom Modular System) is being used by property developers such as Fine Home Company and City Resort Group in the construction of bathroom facilities at their projects, helping to reduce costs, improve quality and cut construction time.

Construction delays and additional expenses are listed as major issues facing developers undertaking bathroom design and construction.

As such, a cost-effective solution that improves installation time such as WAKO BMS is much in demand.

WAKO BMS uses materials such as natural rock and beautiful mosaics combined with Japanese technology to provide the various designs that meet customers’ needs.

Installation is straightforward due to its prefabricated form, and there are three styles to choose from that are suitable for use in five-star hotels, serviced apartments and modern homes.

Sukij Traiwanapong, Managing Director of Fine Home, said: “We always focus on innovation and we were looking for ways to improve our bathroom installations. When we discovered WAKO BMS we realised the design fitted perfectly to our needs. The new system will be used with our new projects in the future including our first project named I’m Fine Bangna.”
