Thailand property developers will be able to learn the secrets of successfully marketing their projects to overseas buyers at an event in Bangkok later this week.
The latest in the DDproperty.com series of TREE (The Real Estate Exclusive) events will take place on Thursday, August 28, at the DoubleTree Hotel Sukhumvit, and will feature expert speakers from around the region. Reservations are open from 1pm and the event, which will include valuable networking time, will run from 2pm until 5pm prompt.
James Sundram, Managing Director International for PropertyGuru Group and one of the expert speakers at the event, said: “This event is a must-attend for any Thai developer that is genuinely serious about selling overseas.”
Participants will learn why now is the right time to market projects to overseas buyers, and how to do it successfully and economically.
