Two of Pattaya’s most renowned property developers, Matrix Developments and Nova Group, are joining forces for the first time to develop The Orient Jomtien Resort & Spa, a 526-unit freehold development.
The development will be comprised of three luxury low-rise condominium buildings and, according to a statement issued by the companies, offer a sensory-rich atmosphere against a backdrop of colonial-inspired design. Here, the developers’ have refined the project offerings, including thoughtful details and amenities, such as fully furnished and fitted units; an expansive swimming pool area; and comprehensive security coverage systems, among others.
The development partners will implement a comprehensive set of management components from conceptualisation to completion, including marketing, sales and after-sales support. The latter includes investment management services, helping investors rent out and maintain their units.
Matrix Developments and Nova Group have also been able to arrange a 0 percent interest scheme on financing over the construction period, as well as the ability to adjust payment terms to individually suit each buyer’s needs.
