Sansiri has announced the latest addition to The Line brand with The Line Ratchathewi. The THB2.9 billion development is situated next to Ratchathewi BTS Station and will become the developer’s third project under The Line brand after The Line Jatujak-Mochit and The Line Sukhumvit 71. Both of those developments have already sold out.
“During the last quarter of this year, we plan to launch yet another exciting The Line project. The Line Ratchathewi offers 231 prime-quality condominium units. Located only 220 metres from BTS ‘Ratchathewi’ Station, the project is the third joint-venture between Sansiri and BTS Group,” the company said in a press release.
The theme of the project is ‘Centre of Everything’ which is inspired by its proximity to various schools, tutoring centers, office towers, department stores, malls, chic cafes, restaurants and hangout places. In addition to being next to the BTS, The Line Ratchathewi is only a five-minute walk from the Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link station.
“Ratchathewi will serve as an important strategic interchange for commuters once the Orange Line of the BTS Skytrain is completed, allowing people to change from existing Green Line (Mo Chit – Bang Wha) to the new Orange Line (Taling Chan – Suwinthawong),” the company pointed out in a press release. “The nearby BTS Siam Station will of course continue to be an important interchange station as well, connecting people between the Sukhumvit Line and the Silom Line which runs past Ratchadamri, Silom, Narathiwat Ratchanakarin and Sathorn Roads.”
The area is also seen as one of the hottest in Bangkok real estate due to its strategic location. Only a few plots of land are available and those that do come up for sale fetch a very high price. “With a sales ratio as high as 95 percent of the properties available, residential properties in Ratchathewi are some of the most highly sought-after in Bangkok because land plots suitable for development are very hard to find,” Sansiri added.
Sansiri also announced that pre-sales The Line Ratchathewi will begin this weekend with the launch taking place in Bangkok at The Line Sales Centre and in Hong Kong at The Park Lane Courseway Hotel.
