MontAzure, a 454-rai, THB15 billion mixed-used resort in Phuket, announced further details of its agreement with Twinpalms. The resort will manage the project’s luxury condominium development, which will feature 75 units and be situated on 100 meters of beachfront. In a press release, MontAzure said it hopes the project is finished by end of 2017.
“We are genuinely excited to enter into this agreement,” MontAzure managing director Roland Bleszynski said in the press release. “The Twinpalms brand is synonymous with a refined resort experience, and this combined with consistently exceptional standards of hospitality has created strong recognition and above all an extremely loyal following worldwide.”
Martin Palleros of Tierra Design was in charge of the design for Twinpalms Residences MontAzure. He also provided the masterplan for the entire MontAzure project. The condominium’s sales gallery is scheduled to open in December of this year. A beachfront, Twinpalms restaurant will also open as part of the project.
Bleszynski noted, “When we entered into discussions we quickly realized that we shared the same values and that through our collaboration we could create a very compelling proposition for buyers as an investment or lifestyle play, as well as an opportunity to be a part of a larger community vision.”
Some of Twinpalms most notable projects include the Catch and Bimi Beach Club and Palm Seafood Restaurant. These projects helped redefine Phuket’s hospitality scene and helped attract a number of international celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Snoop Dog to the island.
“There were simply too many synergies to ignore,” said Twinpalms founder and managing director Carl Langenskiold. “We were looking for growth opportunities and MontAzure offered a perfect solution for us to extend our brand and management capabilities into a project designed by the same designer as ours. So it was a strong fit.”
The Twinpalms Residences are just one part MontAzure’s masterplan. The project will also feature a branded five-star hotel, four beach clubs for public and private use, 13 exclusive private hillside estate villas and a large nature reserve in addition to the beachfront condominium project.
