Movenpick Residences and Pool Villas Pattaya

The Movenpick Residences and Pool Villas in Pattaya’s Na Jomtien are are now open for residents to start moving in. The hotel portion of the development is not open just yet but the soft opening is scheduled to happen in mid-December.

Apex Development oversaw planning and construction of the two tower, THB4.2 billion project. The Movenpick Residences can be found in the 37-storey south tower while the Movenpick Siam Hotel Pattaya will be located in the 34-storey north tower that will have a total of 264 rooms. The project also has 34 pool villas available.

The projects covers 30 rai of land and is adjacent to the famous Ocean Marina Yacht Club. The residential development features a fitness center, pool room, table tennis room, kid’s playground, sauna, tennis courts and a large swimming pool by the beach in addition to several other luxury amenities.

Director of Sales and Marketing, Andy Heyden said that Apex Development is very pleased with the sales performance of the Movenpick Residences so far, with the south tower now 80 percent sold out and the pool villas currently 60 percent sold out.

He also pointed out that since the project is ready to move in, guests can use all the facilities available and will soon be able to enjoy that five-star hospitality at the hotel where they can expect to receive discounts. Owners can also take part in a cruise trip on a Lagoon 500 catamaran, according to The Pattaya Mail.

The project was launched several years ago and has taken a considerable amount of time to complete. “We were faced with some delays during 2012 and 2013 due to the shortage of skilled construction labor, especially foreign laborers, but most of our clients understood the situation and accepted the delay,” Pongphan Sampawakoop, chairman of Apex Development explained.
