For a lot of investors, they will buy their property, vintage cars, yachts and art separately before eventually bring them all together. However, a Miami-area spec home is allowing you to buy all four without having to shop around, The Wall Street Journal reported. For only USD43 million, you can purchase this luxurious home that comes with its own vintage Jaguar, yacht and an Andy Warhol silk screen.
The newly completed estate is located in Bal Harbour, Florida, just outside Miami. According to The Wall Street Journal, the waterfront home has seven bedrooms along with quarters for staff. The entire property measures out at roughly 13,800 sqf.
The amenities at the estate are luxurious and ample. There is a bay-front infinity pool, a private dock and a roof deck with a hot tub and fire pit, Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman Real Estate told the newspaper. Alexander is listing the property with his brother Tal. He added that in addition to the usual high-end amenities, the home is also completely furnished. The piece de resistance is Andy Warhol’s “Unknown Woman” which hangs on a wall inside the home. There is also a 1948 Jaguar XK120 that can be found in the garage and docked outside is the 55-foot VanDutch yacht.
“The people who are in this league they want one less headache in their lives,” Alexander noted. Of course you can purchase the house for only USD36 million if you are not interested in the car, yacht and artwork. The WSJ added that the home has two interior courtyards that feature a koi pond plus several terraces. The house is keyless and instead uses facial recognition technology at the front door. “It’s very James Bond-ish,” Alexander proclaimed.
Alexander noted that he developed the home with his father, Shlomy, who has a proven real estate track record in the area. He sold an Indian Creek Village home for USD47 million which is a record price for a single-family house in Miami-Dade County.
