Nusasiri announced that its NUSASIRI Pattaya mega project, which is worth more than THB8.5 billion, is a go and will soon be preparing to launch a campaign for ready-to-move in housing units at Nusa Chivani Pattaya, a luxury Tuscany inspired residence. Prices at the development range from THB8 to 14 million.

The news comes on the heels of the government’s revelation that it plans on making significant investment to boost tourism in Pattaya and surrounding areas. A high speed train project and improved air connections are among the areas expected to be addressed by the Thai government during the next few years.

The overall marketing trend for residential projects in vacation areas looks to be expanding. With additional including tourism campaigns and the depreciation of Thai Baht, interest among investors from China, Hong Kong, and Singapore has increased and a decision to purchase residences in Thailand is being made faster, Siriya Thepcharoen, the deputy chief executive officer of Nusasiri said in a press release.

The Nusasiri mega project has been divided into three major phases consisting of NUSA Water Land, a massive water park; a 5-star hotel; and Nusa Chivani Pattaya (pictured). The latter will be situated on 57 rais of land and each unit at the development will come fully-furnished and have a private pool. The project is located on Jomtien Beach just south of the Pattaya city center.

The first phase of the development will be made up of 82 one- and two-story units that come in four different sizes and layouts. The developer is emphasizing how complete the residences are with buyers only needing to pack their bags before moving in. The company sees this project as it first of many it hopes to build in Thailand’s major tourist hotspots. Nusasiri introduced the concept “Live Beyond” as it aspires to provide an all-around lifestyle for its buyers and residents.
