DDProperty.com’s latest property show starts today (Thursday, March 19) at Central Plaza Ladprao, featuring 25 property developments from more than 14 leading developers from around the kingdom.

The event is organised by Thailand’s number one property website and runs until March 25. It will feature a wide range of exclusive promotions and discounts of up to THB250,000 for potential buyers, as well as a buy one, get one free offer being offered by one exhibitor. Fully furnished units will be available from THB1.59 million, as well as 5 percent guaranteed yields for three years. All offers are subject to conditions.

Napong Panthong, Head of Marketing at DDproperty.com, said: “The property market has started to pick up, as we can see from the increasing sale volumes from the property events in the past couple months.

“This also showed that buyers’ confidence, as well as demand for quality projects in good locations, has also picked up to.”

Bookings made during the event will get the chance to win an iPad Air, as well gift vouchers valued at THB1,000 for Fuji Restaurant.

For the first time the event will host an ‘Ask Guru’ session where attendees can put their property questions to a panel of experts. The ‘Ask Guru’ sessions will run from between 3pm and 5pm on Friday 20 March, Saturday 21 March and Sunday 22 March..

Friday’s ‘Ask Guru‘ session will discuss how to start investing in property with Napong Panthong.
