Mont Azure Phuket

Visionary designer Martin Palleros, the driving force behind some of Asia’s most refined luxury landmarks, has been engaged to create 73 beachfront units at The Residences at MontAzure on Phuket’s Kamala Beach.

The development will represent one of the first phases in the unique, master planned MontAzure resort residential community, which will cover some 450-rai (178 acres, 72 Hectares) of hillside to beachfront terrain close to Phuket’s famed Millionaire’s Mile.

“The development will offer the ultimate luxury island lifestyle to a select and sophisticated group of global second home investors,” said MontAzure’s Managing Director, Roland Bleszynski.

For The Residences at MontAzure, Palleros was given a grand of stage on which to display his architectural prowess. The surrounding land sprawls from mountain to 99 metres of pristine sands that front what will be one of Phuket’s only true beachside residential developments.

“What makes this project unique and different from other projects on the island is that both the architecture and the landscape architecture were carefully considered and fully integrated from the initial conceptual idea to create a unique response to this beautiful site, “explained Palleros.”

“The aim was to create a unrivalled contemporary resort experience, and we therefore put a lot of effort into selecting the perfect materials.”

The Residences at MontAzure will feature 52 one-bedroom units, 21 two-bedroom units, and options for buyers to request 3-bedroom units. Ownership will be foreign freehold based on the Thai Condominium Act.

Prices will start from THB8 million and rise to THB80 million.
