Real estate firm CBRE Thailand has been appointed as sole agent for M Tower, a 21-storey office and retail development located in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit soi 62.
The appointment, made by Montri International Co, will see the firm take responsibility for the 14,500 sqm mixed-use project located close to Bang Chak BTS station.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-2016.
