Bangkok property buyers and investors will have the opportunity to see property developments from around the Kingdom as DDproperty.com’s latest property exhibition opens its doors at 10am this morning.
The event, organised by Thailand number one property website, takes place at Central Plaza Rama 9 daily from 10am until 10pm from today until June 2, and unlike other exhibitions happening in the capital it will feature projects from all over Thailand, including Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pattaya, Rayong, Cha-am, Hua Hin and Chiang Mai.
In total 14 projects from 11 developers are being showcased at the event.
Buyers at the event will be able to take advantage of special promotions with some developers that include up to 7 percent guaranteed returns, fully-furnished units and buy-one, get-one free offers – subject to conditions.
Anyone booking or buying a property at the event will also stand the chance to win iPad Mini or Central Gift Card, while those who register to participate in the event will also get the chance to win free movie tickets every day.

Napong Panthong, Head of Marketing of DDproperty.com, said the event is happening with the intention to accelerate buying activity and to allow buyers to make a more informed decision. This, he added, will improve the property market conditions in the second quarter of the year after what has widely been reported as a slowing of the market during the first three months of the year.
The last DDproperty.com property exhibition in March this year generated 26 sales for its exhibitors worth more than THB80 million and more than 1,000 potential sales leads worth an estimated THB2.6 billion.
