sansiri The Line sell out

Overseas buyers accounted for more than THB1billion worth of sales at Sansiri’s recent simultaneous sales exhibitions in Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong that saw all 841-units at its The Line Jatujak – Mochit development sell-out within hours.

According to the developer, the achievement on the first day of pre-sales has seen ‘a vibe of great excitement’ return to Thailand’s real estate sector.

The Jatujak – Mochit neighbourhood is predicted by market-watchers to become Bangkok’s a new and important business and residential district for the Thai capital, the developer noted.

The road show to promote the project overseas attracted more than 2,500 potential buyers. This is the highest number of attendees for any road show hosted by a Thai property developer to promote one of its projects overseas.

In a statement, Sansiri said: “The Line Jatujak – Mochit’ is the first residential condominium project jointly developed by Sansiri and BTS Group Holdings.

“The pre-sales took place on the same day in three different countries – Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore – and the response was simply overwhelming. All 841 units of the project, valued at almost THB6billion, were quickly sold on the first day.

Foreign buyers accounted for THB1billion worth of sales in the project, resulting in Sansiri’s accumulated sales in the first five months of 2015 climbing to THB13billion.”

The Line Jatujak – Mochit is a 43-storey, 841-unit, high-rise residential complex on a prime site close to BTS Mo Chit and MRT Chatuchak. Prices started at THB4million for the cheapest unit.
