If the two previous listings are still out of your price range you may want to consider the THB295,000 being asked for a 25 sqm freehold studio in the Bangkhae district of the city. This 7th floor unit comes fully-furnished, according to the listing, and is located close to the Rama 2. A swimming pool and 24-hour security are also part of this development.
