Plans for a new boutique condominium, X2 Vibe Pattaya Seasphere, were unveiled at a recent press conference. The condominium will be located near Ban Amphur, a short walk from Jomtien beach and close to the Pattaya Floating Market.
Chanin Vanijwongse, the CEO of Habitat Five. Co and Fredric Gamier, the vice president of development BHM Asia and Louvre Hotel Group, announced the project would feature an eight-storey building comprised of one- and two-bedrooms units. There will be 65 units in total with unit sizes ranging from between 29 to 54 sqm. The project is scheduled to be completed in the middle of 2017.
X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaside will feature many other amenities including a Jacuzzi, barbeque area and sunset pavilion as well as a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. The two bedroom units include a private plunge pool.
The aim of the condo’s design is intended to provide residents with the feel of a 5-star hotel that the X2 brand has become known for rather then being a traditional condominium. X2 operates numerous designer hotels located in Thailand and Southeast Asia and will serve as the condo’s management company. The group will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the property.
Many of X2’s resorts have luxury residences available to purchase and the company has a few other branded condo projects in Thailand. Samui, Phuket and Bangkok are a few of the cities where X2 has setup branded projects. X2 Vibe Pattaya Seasphere will be X2’s first project of any kind in Pattaya.
The condo’s investment program offers investors a guaranteed rental yield of at least seven percent per year for five years. These units will come fully furnished with similar interior design found at X2’s 5-star resort properties. Owners will have the option to participate in the condo’s rental program that will be managed by BHMAsia and rented out under the X2 banner.
