Circle Living Prototype

Fragrant Property’s Circle Living Prototype condominium was recently recognized as Thailand’s first true “Energy-Saving Condo” by the Ministry of Energy’s Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, the developer announced in a press release. Currently, construction has been completed on the project and around 65 percent has been sold with sales expected to close sometime in early 2016.

Circle Living Prototype is known for its modern design which came from experienced architects who had experience working on projects for leading global companies prior to joining this development. The building features a unique design with modern minimalist undertones, taking into account the convenience of residents and providing fully functional features that distinctively reflect the company’s Eco-Innovative Living concept.

James Duan, CEO of Fragrant Property said Fragrant continues to move forward with its aim to develop residences under the company’s Eco-Innovative Living concept. He added that Fragrant Property strives to be the industry leader in applying technology and innovation to quality living. This has led to the development of residential real estate that promotes a high standard of living, quality community and sustainable growth in Thai society.

Duan said the company would continue developing property in line with this concept as Fragrant aims to become the leading Eco-Innovative property developer in Asia. The company is planning to launch a new “state-of-the-art” project on Thonglor worth over THB20 billion next year. This project coincides with the growth in the luxury property market segment and limited supply in the CBD.

“The real estate market in the luxury and super-luxury segments continues to grow steadily. Projects located in the downtown area and the CBD will have higher prices because of the clear growth of purchasing power,” Duan noted. “At the same time, the supply of such units is limited due to the high cost of development because of high land prices. Projects close and connected to the transportation lines will continue to receive good responses from customers.”
