Grande Centre Point Hotels has shifted its focused to offer guests green, healthy and creative Thai experiences for business and leisure travelers coming to Bangkok. The company’s three hotels, at Ploenchit, Ratchadamri and Terminal 21 respectively, are owned and operated by L&H Hotel Management and aimed at the upper midscale market.

The emphasis on clean, green living and a cutting edge well-being program will see a range of sports and leisure activities for guests to enjoy, including tennis courts, fully-equipped gyms, jogging tracks and pools, equipped at each hotel. The new green program will help create new environmental standards for Thai hotels while conserving natural resources.

“These three hotels boast a distinctive Thai ambience and ethos of hospitality, privacy and service. Each property provides guests with space, luxury, functional simplicity, dedicated services and a signature ‘well-being’ program aimed at healthy living,” Suwanna Buddhaprasart, director and senior executive vice president of L&H Hotel Management said. “They are also perfectly located for guests who need convenient access to Bangkok’s CBD or who want to explore the city’s best shopping and entertainment districts. All these refined characteristics prompt us to group them under the Grande Centre Point Hotels brand.”

The Grande Centre Point Hotels brand wants to go beyond the offerings found at its affiliated Centre Point Hospitality by creating services and experiences not found anywhere else. The difference between the premium hotels and others under the branded is based on space and location.

“The Grande Centre Point Brand is highly successful in Bangkok, thanks to the emphasis on creating green eco-friendly spaces with luxury trend-setting Thai design in the heart of the city,” Suwanna noted. “We can boast all the facilities and experiences that other luxury brands do, but with an emphasis on the Thai experience, health and green tourism. We intend to expand this concept to new venues in Bangkok and further afield.”

L&H Hotel Management is currently expanding the Grande Centre Point Hotels brand with a new property in Bangkok’s Thong Lo area set to open in 2016. The company also hopes to expand to other locations in Thailand within the next three years.
