All Inspire Development revealed that it is set to launch its Rise Rama 9 project later this week at the 35th House & Condo Expo in Bangkok. The development, which was designed using the concept of creating a “metro co-living space” is valued at THB1.3 billion.
The development boasts four eight-story buildings and will have a total of more than 600 units once completed. It will also be equipped with a full range of facilities including a sky working space, hi-speed Internet, glass meeting box, fitness center with boxing equipment and an infinity lap pool. The developer believes the project will offer something that will appeal to buyers seeking a work-life balance.
“Rise Rama 9 will be an alternative which we are confident that it will meet the new generation’s requirements with affordable prices. No one can do it now,” Thanakorn Thanawarith, CEO of All Inspire Development, explained in a press release. “It is a condominium which links convenient transportation with full function facilities.”
Rama 9 is being billed as Bangkok’s new Central Business District and there are a number of new office complexes being built or already completed in the area. All Inspire Development is banking on the location to appeal to potential buyers.
“The project’s location on Rama 9 Road is surrounded by office buildings, hotels, convention centers, shopping areas and residential projects,” Thanakorn said. “The project’s location is close to an entrance and exit of the Si Rat Expressway and the Pradit Manu Tham Station, one of the Orange Line’s stations, which is very convenient to travel and links with Ekamai and Thong Lo area.”
All units at Rise Rama 9 are fully furnished and prices start at THB1.69 million. The developer revealed that those who booked at the 35th House & Condo Expo would be eligible to receive an iPhone 7.
