Amaranta Development announced that it has launched its Amaranta Residence, a luxury development in Bangkok’s Ratchada-Huay Kwang neighborhood. Unit prices start at THB3.4 million and the developer hopes to start construction before the end of this year with the project expected to be completed sometime during the first half of 2018.
The developer noted that the design of the project aims to maximize usable spaces focusing on four prominent attributes of the development: prime location, carefully selected construction, globally recognized interior décor materials and real conveniences and services that are similar to what people would find at the hotel.
“Amaranta Residence is a project whose residents can feel and live the luxurious yet convenient lifestyle we have to offer,” Sopon Asawanuchit, the managing director of Amaranta Development explained. ‘No matter how time passes by, Amaranta will always provide its customers with a real sense of luxury. We have incorporated the home automation technology, which is a control system for electricity and air conditioning, that can be operated via smartphones from a remote distance.”
The project was designed under the concept “The Eminence of Timeless Luxury”. The low-rise condominium is eight-stories tall and will contain a total of 159 units The condo sits on 1.2 rai of land and is valued at more than THB800 million.
The Ratchada-Huay Kwang location is one some experts believe shows promising growth. There are a number of shopping malls, including Central Plaza Rama 9 and Esplanade, within walking distance of Amaranta Residence while Huay Kwang MRT station is also close by. The area has also been dubbed Bangkok’s new central business district.
“Demand for condominiums in the Ratchada – Ladprao area is still high. Project sales rates today are as high as 86 percent, with cumulative sales accounting for 31,862 units out of 36,803 units, with just 4,861 units remaining on the market,” Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, managing director, Knight Frank Thailand said in a press release.
