Luxury living is coming to Thonglor

Gaysorn Property unveiled Tela Thonglor, a super luxury condominium in the heart of Thonglor. The developer is hoping the property can become a landmark in the happening neighborhood known for its trendy restaurants and clubs. The project will stand 32 stories when finished and the design of the condominium is inspired by a “canvas of life” concept.

Tela Thonglor will cost THB4.1 billion to develop and is situated at the front of Thonglor 13 near several hotspots including J Avenue and Arena 10.The project will have five exclusive design and facilities features that Gaysorn Property hopes attracts buyers.

“Tela Thonglor is located on a high-potential spot in the heart of Thonglor, which is a promising residential area as it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and facilities for every lifestyle need,” Fafuen Temboonkiat, managing director of Gaysorn Property, said in a press release.

The developer also announced that it believes it can sell 75 percent of Tela Thonglor before the end of 2016. There will be a total of 84 units with two- and three-bedroom suites as well as a number of duplexes being available. Gaysorn Property hopes the project resonates with families that lead a luxurious lifestyle and prefer to live in an urban setting.
