Sansiri continues to expand in Phuket and recently launched its newest project, Saransiri Koh Kaew, a low-rise residential development located near the British International School. The project boasts a unique design inspired by the concept of tin mining and will use large trees and a multitude of flowers throughout the development’s landscaping.
“Saransiri’s highlight is the design, a design that resonates with families and people of all ages – children, parents, and the elderly,” Metha Angwatanapanich, senior executive vice president of business development and project development division at Sansiri, explained in a press release. “Sansiri creates projects suited to Phuket’s customer needs, including both condominium and low-rise residential such as townhouse, detached house and single detached house.”
Saransiri Koh Kaew will contain 202 single detached houses and the entire project is being constructed on a 50-rai land plot. The developer will introduce 40 houses at the site during the first phase. These units will feature one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the second floor along with two bathrooms and a garage with space for two cars.
“A multi-function room on the ground floor can be adapted to be a bedroom, working room or family room while a large balcony on the second floor can become an additional space for family activities,” Metha noted. “The estate has complete facilities and amenities including a clubhouse with saltwater swimming pool, a large green park connecting to the pool area which can be used for activities by family members as well as a walking strip, bike track and playground.”
Sansiri is no stranger to building projects in the Koh Kaew area of Phuket having already completed Burasiri, Habitia and Habitown. The company stated that Habitown Koh Kaew, sold out at the end of 2015 and Burasiri, another single detached housing complex, is currently 70 percent sold.
