The sales of units in the Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok once again opened in Hong Kong with buyers making THB 530 million worth of purchases during a 2-day roadshow. The residential project is part of the ultra luxury Chao Phraya Estate, a mixed-use development from Country Group Development PCL.
A total of 90 groups of investors and buyers attended the event which was Country Group’s 4th sales exhibition in Hong Kong since launching the project. The company has hosted several overseas roadshows trying to attract buyers to its Chao Phraya Estate development.
“We are delighted to have received such a positive response once again in Hong Kong, which remains an extremely important market for us. Considering this was our 4th exhibition, clients’ enthusiasm, and interest from Hong Kong buyers remained significant, thanks in part to the recognition and confidence in the Four Seasons brand, but also due to our proven track record as a developer,” says Ben Taechaubol, Country Group Development CEO, in a press release.
Country Group first introduced Four Seasons Private Residences to Hong Kong buyers in 2015 where investors scooped more than THB 700 million worth of units, a record setting total. Country Group is confident that demand from regional Asian markets, like Hong Kong, for ultra-luxury projects in Bangkok is strong and the company is expected to keep hosting roadshows in the future.
“Credit for our on-going success goes to the entire development team for working so diligently to ensure that the construction of all three components within Chao Phraya Estate moves forward on schedule and according to the masterplan. The residential tower is over half-way complete, with the structure now at level 55. In addition, facade and interior works are making excellent progress, so we are comfortably on track for completion in the 4th quarter of 2018,” says Ben.
