The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts announced its plans for The Pavilions Phuket Residences, reports local media. The project will feature a collection of hillside villas and penthouses and is located along the northwest coast of the island.
“We are delighted to unveil The Pavilions Phuket Residences, which demonstrates our focus on developing a portfolio of complementary resort and residential offerings. This collection of luxury real estate will provide buyers with an ideal second home, weekend hideaway or retirement retreat, and represents an unprecedented opportunity for Asian and global investors,” says The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts Founder and CEO Gordon Oldham in a press release.
The Pavilions Phuket Residences will feature 3- and 4-bedroom villas as well as 2-bedroom penthouses. Prices at the project start at under THB55,000 per sq. metre. The development is located on one of Phuket’s highest points with the project boasting panoramic views of the island’s west coast. It is a 3-minute drive from Layan Beach while Phuket International Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
Units at The Pavilions Phuket Residences are suitable for both holiday homes or as an investment. Pavilions Hotels & Resorts’ mindful service approach will be available for those staying at the development. Penthouse owners will also have the option of placing their unit in a rental pool that provides them with 60 days of personal use per year along with an expected annual return on investment of 4 per cent.
Pavilions Hotels & Resorts was founded in Phuket and has since expanded globally. It recently revealed that it is going to break ground on The Ginto Residences in Niseko, Japan in October and also has a project in Portugal.
“With a strong development pipeline, we look forward to revealing more exclusive resorts and residences in some of finest destinations across Asia and Europe in the coming years,” says Oldham.
