AP Thailand Plc plans to launch a pair of new condo projects before the end of the year as it looks to reach its presales target. The 2 new developments are estimated to be worth THB 15.4 billion combined, according to a press release from AP. Both condos will be developed under AP’s Life brand.
The 1st project to be launched by AP will be Life One Wireless which could be unveiled before the end of the month. The condo will stand 43-storeys and have a total of 1,344 units. The project is located on Wireless Road on the site that used to contain Nai Lert Park.
“Located in the best location on Wireless Road and valued at THB 6.4 million, Life One Wireless is sold at the starting price of THB 4.9 million (per unit). The project is in the middle of high-end department stores and shopping malls, schools and office buildings. The location is also a transportation centre strategically connected to Sukhumvit, Petchaburi, Rama IV and Sathorn roads with easy access to expressway systems, offering convenience for passenger cars and public mass transit systems,” says Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Business Group – Condominiums, AP Thailand, in a press release.
The signature feature of Life One Wireless will be the ‘inside looking out’ vantage point which is available throughout the condo. The building layout is going to be designed into a twisted Z shape to ensure that the resident can enjoy the views of Wireless Road. These views will be available at the entrance to the project, the common areas, and the units.
The 2nd project to be launched by AP is Life Asoke-Rama 9. It is worth THB 9 billion and will have 2,248 units once completed in a few year’s time. Life Asoke-Rama 9 is scheduled to be launched in September.
