Noble Development has officially launched its latest project, Noble Around Sukhumvit 33. The 25-storey condo is being developed under the concept of “Tailor Your New Identity” and will have several features fitting this theme including the implementation of home automation technology, according to a company press release.
“Our previous success with Noble BE33 at Sukhumvit 33 (Phrom Phong BTS ) found continuous take up, so our next policy was to develop Noble Around Sukhumvit 33 with an investment budget over THB2 billion. This is under the concept “Tailor Your New Identity”, a high contrast life in a multicultural district, reflecting today’s modern pause-play lifestyle,” says Kitti Thanakitamnuay, Chief Executive Officer at Noble Development.
The project is located close to the Phrom Phong BTS station and the EM District, which features both Emquartier and Emporium shopping centres. Noble will oversee the construction of access walkways which will connect the development to the area.

The project will have a total of 268 units and prices will start at THB5.5 million. Each one will feature home automation technology that allows residents to control lighting and home appliances from a touch screen, smartphone, or other internet-connected device. This is the 1st time Noble Development has utilised this technology.
Noble Around Sukhumvit 33 also has several green spaces including an area that allows for recreational activities. There will also be a green space designed to provide a camping atmosphere for parties as well as an area with daybeds in a large forested garden. Other facilities include a swimming pool and a fitness centre.
