Where To Stay And Invest In Hua Hin

21 ส.ค. 2560

While there may not be a lot of places for developers to build new projects in Hua Hin, there are still plenty of units available at prime developments in the seaside town. The city’s property sector is likely to improve as the government continues to push ahead with plans for a high-speed railway linking Hua Hin to Bangkok to be built in the next 4 years. And for those not wanting to buy a property in Hua Hin, there are plenty of places to stay for a short weekend.

1. MahaSamutr

MahaSamutr won several gongs at the 11th Thailand Property Awards, including Best Villa Development and Best Residential Architectural Design. The flagship resort project is the brainchild of PACE Development Corp, whose plans to complete another phase later in 2017. The project is best known for having Asia’s largest controlled clear-water lake and is in a prime beachfront location. There is a total of 80 villas at the development and the average price for one is THB 54 million.

2. La Bua Vista

The project won Hua Hin’s Best Residential Development at last year’s Thailand Property Awards where it was judged to have value-for-money condo units as well as innovative rental purchase options. There are 95 units at La Bua Vista as well as 3 laguna pools.

3. Ananda Hua Hin Resort & Spa
