Bhiraj Tower At BITEC Meets Demands Of Tenants With Unique Concept

Bangkok’s office market is enjoying record levels of occupancy rates, however, tenants are now demanding more from their office space than ever before. Location and accessibility remain among the most important factors, while more business are now considering functionality and maximising efficiency when choosing an office building.

In order to ensure tenants have this, each floor at Bhiraj Tower at BITEC was designed column-free to allow for customisable workplaces. The building also has a number of other features, like a rooftop garden and an indoor running track, to provide workers unique spaces that improve quality of life.

“The tower has been designed to ensure the future needs of tenants are met. Constructed to the highest possible standards, the tower focuses on innovative, practical engineering and design, which aims to provide strong business sustainability and a flexible working environment for tenants to have great work-life balance,” says Pitiphatr Buri, Executive Director of Bhiraj Buri Group, in a press release.

Location has always been an important factor when selecting an office space. While the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area isn’t as popular as Bangkok’s CBD, being near a BTS station is an attractive alternative. Bhiraj Tower at BITEC is connected to the Bang Na BTS station and is in an area that could see significant development in the future. Both Bangkok Mall and Bangkok’s Eastern Bus Terminal will be built near the office building.

“We continue to see a rise in demand for office space in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area. Within the next 5 years, this area will be transformed into a commercial location as many developments have been lined up. Office workers and visitors being able to access the nearby BTS, as well as other facilities from developments in the area, further enhances the appeal of having a workspace here,” says Nithipat Tongpun, Executive Director-Head of Office Services of CBRE Thailand.
