Meanwhile, Bangkok-based P Landscape is crafting the outdoors by enhancing the site’s environment and ecology, ensuring that, “the landscape is the medium which enables a connection between people and nature.”
With 1,119 units, the three-tower condominium is home to six different types of rooms, while 889 of these being one or two bedrooms. There are also three-bedroom units, loft-style apartments, duplexes, and 44 penthouse suites. This variety is aimed at appealing to different markets, embracing a wide residential scope, reflected not only in the size and style of the unit but within the design as well, which was praised by this year’s judges.

Architecturally, the units are designed in such a way as to give each a different forest vista, whether a panoramic view from up high or a more grounded, connected feeling to the forest down below. Balconies are also a way for residents to feel immersed in greenery. The natural landscape stands between the city and the towers, which are all individually designed, with a walkway connecting the two.
One tower is aimed at families to grow, with light and trees all around, while the tower created individualistic and creative loft spaces with impressive 5.4-metre ceilings and a wider forest view. On the other hand, the third tower was developed with facilities ideal for residents with pets.
The interiors echo the feeling of a peaceful and fresh environment, where the greenery outside acts as the backdrop to the modern interiors. Outdoors, an al fresco lounge, walkway, and water feature, as well as the softscaping and hardscaping, all play with light and shadow to create spaces that strengthen the ties between lifestyle and nature.
