Highly commended awards were achieved for Niche MONO Mega Space Bangna in the Best Affordable Condo Interior Design (Bangkok) category, and two categories for Niche MONO Ramkhamhaeng: Best Affordable Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Bangkok) and Best Affordable Condo Development (Bangkok).
Thai-based collaborators on the winning project in Taopoon, in Bangkok’s district of Bang Sue, include the architectural design skills of Architects 49, established over 35 years ago with the vision to create “timeless architecture with clean, simple, elegant lines.”
Room interiors are being created by norme interior design management, with communal areas undertaken by THISSTUDIO. Meanwhile, Landprocess are crafting the landscape design.
With a work-eat-leisure concept at heart, the development strives to offer over 30 floors of lifestyle facilities, matching activities with spaces to appeal to a diversity of residents who can select which style fits them.
This idea of individually grouping different lifestyles is reflected on the façade too, with large stripes dividing areas while cohesively linking every element together.
For this year’s judges, the property’s architectural vision really stood out as award-worthy.

Facilities include a 50-metre salt-treatment sky infinity-edge pool; sky fitness; party room; games room; kids’ club; sky lounge; mini-movie theatre; yoga room; co-working space; and an executive meeting room.
Niche MONO Mega Space Bangna, with its ‘urban courtyard’ design, expresses interiors inspired by femininity. Functions, space, and materials are created to produce feminine lines, with soft lighting and colour tones; all connecting with a sense of natural harmony.
Meanwhile, the high-and low-rise buildings of Niche MONO Ramkhamhaeng lead out to green spaces aimed at recharging residents with activities laid out in six heart rate zones that work well with the narrowness of the site. These range from warm-up exercises to cardio, along with a large area to relax in.
A CSR force to be reckoned with, SENA Development has donated hundreds of millions of Thai Baht to public hospitals over its 15-year Baan Ruam Tarng Fan non-profit housing project, including Siriraj, Ramathibodi, Police General, Pranangklao and Chaloemprakiat hospitals, while also giving Ramintra residents 10 rai of green space.
