Bangkok-based collaborators on the winning condo project include renowned Palmer & Turner (Thailand) for the architectural design and That’s ITH for the interiors. Vector Arch is in charge of the architecture of the second condo development, with V A I R: interior design studio crafting the décor. Meanwhile, Redland-scape is designing the landscaping on both projects.
Classically French regal design provides the inspiration for upscale THE ADDRESS Siam-Ratchathewi, an elegant 50-storey condo beauty just over a kilometre from Bangkok’s iconic Siam Paragon mall, in the heart of the city. Limestone marble decorates the façade, while traditional Thai decorative arts influence the design of the condo’s five lounges.
These include individual features such as a glass-ceiling, a spiral brass staircase, white marble features, an eight-metre high ceiling, and high-end Hermes furnishing fabrics creating a sophisticated lounge on the 50th floor.
Meanwhile, outdoors are three hideaway gardens, including a sky garden, with a sky bar, plus a 50-metre saltwater pool and hydrotherapy zone.
The 880 units feature ceilings of three metres, over five and a half metres high, with full-length glass walls and whirlpool tubs looking out to a cityscape view, as well as uber-modern kitchens.
Meanwhile, modern security measures include a Yale digital door lock, with key cards, pin codes, on-touch fingerprint access points, one-time security codes, and Bluetooth control synchronised with AP (Thailand)’s automated smart hub.
Life Sathorn Sierra, in Thonburi, is just a few sky train stops from Bangkok’s renowned CBD area of Sathorn, over the Chaophraya River and close to the city’s spectacular ICON SIAM mall.
The 40-storey project features 1,971 units, from studios to two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 28 to 57.5 square metres, with lifestyle facilities on the top floor that allow for an active lifestyle, namely a five-level running track, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, a playground, a garden, a barbeque area, and a kid’s zone.
On the first floor, the outdoor terrace has a half-football/half-basketball court, and another children’s swimming pool. Providing 360-lifestyle potential within an affordable condo space is the co-working space, meeting room, and social space, with a garden courtyard on the top floor and a sunken lounge with panoramic views.
