[Special Advertising Feature] Delivering standout residences that promote lifestyle activities, W&W Property, based in Thailand’s second-largest city Nonthaburi, shows an award-worthy depth of design potential; creating a range of developments that fit beautifully with the dynamic wants and needs of the residents of tomorrow,
The versatile developer achieved two highly commended accolades: Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) with Metier homes and Best Affordable Condo Development (Bangkok) with Polis Condo Suksawat 64 at the 14th annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards in August 2019.
Key collaborators on Metier homes include Walden Studio, who would take care of the architectural design along with the landscaping. For Polis Condo, TS Studio would direct the architecture, 1819 would oversee the landscape design. Lucid Dream Studio would then be responsible for crafting the interiors for both properties.
The eight semi-detached four-storey office-residences of Metier are designed with a unique concept at heart, luxurious mansions with flexible working spaces suitable for a small business setup.
Situated in a green setting in the vast eastern Bangkok suburb of Ramkhamhaeng, the average size of the properties is 400 square metres. Each offers the opportunity to live at the top of the house, with a rooftop deck and a variety of different layouts on the other floors.
On the first floor, a reception zone can accommodate up to six people, aside from the multipurpose space at the back of the house that could be transformed into an executive lounge or perhaps a maid’s room. On the second level, high ceilings and an open, column-free space allow for an open-plan office or living room.
The third floor is designed as a director’s room, grand lounge, and meeting room, but can easily be converted into two bedrooms. Upstairs, the main bedrooms include a master bedroom with a living space and a balcony plus a bathroom with a freestanding tub and an indoor garden. Altogether, each property boasts seven bathrooms and six parking spaces, with pocket gardens at each level.
Meanwhile, situated in the district of Thung Khru, close to Samut Prakan, the second winning development offers 459 one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus, and two-bedroom units in two condominium towers, measuring between 28 to 45 sqm, with two retail spaces.
This year’s judges were in praise of the design concept and features of the development.
“Polis Condo Suksawat 64 by W&W Property impresses on so many levels, from its distinct honeycomb design adding architectural character, to the transparent partitions in rooms to clearly mark areas that create space, and the incredible integration of lifestyle facilities within an affordable space in the market.”
Creating a feeling of relaxation and energy, the project incorporates an abundance of green and open spaces, while the grand lobby and movie room on the ground floor are sumptuously spacious.
Outdoors are two pools, one for active laps and the other, with its freeform design, for a more chilled-out dip that also borders some garden units, giving pool access and a definitive resort vibe.
Full body fitness equipment overlooks the water, set within a standout building with its striking hexagonal design features. Residents can also keep fit in the condo’s boxing practice room and yoga court. There are also poolside loungers, a playground, nest seats, and funky oversized pebble seating.
Indoors, a large area is perfectly designed as a social, sharing space, with desks for working and private meeting rooms. Meanwhile, individual rooms come with built-in furnishings and a kitchen with full-length windows and modern materials that give units a fresh, contemporary feel.
