There are 196 homes with no pools and 58 units with swimming pools, with up to four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Close to the new airport, the exclusive properties are created with families in mind, with large internal spaces and private pools that connect to living rooms. Bedrooms boast high ceilings, as well as his-and-her walk-in closets and bathtubs.
A multi-functional space in some of the villas can be customised to suit residents’ needs and adds an important element of flexibility that fits with the trend to include rooms that can be changed to suit evolving family needs.
