[Special Advertising Feature] Fantastically lush interiors featuring a tropical landscape and a seaside condominium exuding 1920s Great Gatsby-style glamour, The Riviera Monaco and The Riviera Jomtien by The Rivera Group are stunning, unique developments along Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard.

Combining creativity, imagination, and ambition, the developer injects a spirit of passion and possibility into the Pattaya skyline, with both properties being just a few minutes’ walks from the soft sands of Jomtien Beach.

The distinctive projects brought home several accolades for the locally based developer at the 14th annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards in August 2019, with The Riviera Monaco scooping a win for Best High Rise Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard).

Meanwhile, The Riviera Jomtien attracted a win for Best Digital Performance Condo Development (Provincial), with highly commended achievements in both Best High Rise Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard), and Best Condo Architectural Design (Resort) categories.

Collaborators on the winning developments included KTGY and A35 for the architecture, while Makeascene Design and in-house teams worked on the interiors. Meanwhile, Urbanis Architectural Landscaping directed the design for the outside spaces for both projects.

Sophisticated and modern, The Riviera Monaco presents 412 studio and two-bedroom units, including two duplex penthouses, with some double-bedrooms boasting balcony whirlpools. An impressive 77 percent of rooms afford sea views, while the interiors are elevated with a rich and extravagant design aesthetic.

Throughout the condo, vintage wooden artifacts are placed alongside contemporary elements, with hand-crafted, French-inspired Fleur de Lys frames, statement lighting, and Italian tiles on the walls.

The vibrant design narrative evident in the development excited this year’s judges.

“Nothing is understated at The Riviera Monaco, with The Riviera Group opting for ornate interiors, a bold façade with lightboxes to create an after-dark statement, and incredible facilities including multi-level swimming pools and an infinity sky-pool that dramatically hangs eight metres over the edge.”

Double-height spaces for amenities add a sense of grandeur, while the lagoon pool flowing from the third floor to the ground, with waterfalls, private salas, and sliders, create a resort atmosphere.

Added to this are vertical grass walls, a 32nd-floor sky garden, and green spaces with architectural features and artistic expression reflecting a unique and exciting design ethos.

Along with the kids’ club and playground, the condo offers multi-level sundecks, a clubroom, a fitness and games room, plus a full-sized tennis court on the third-floor podium.

Featuring 1,052 studio to two-bedroom units, including four duplexes, along with 23 commercial spaces, The Riviera Jomtien is a 46-storey building. Around 80 percent of units boast classic sea views, with interiors that turn old school Hollywood glitz into a modern, hip vibe with a theatrically designed lobby.

Meanwhile, the rooms express a sense of breezy indulgence with soft hues and luxurious materials, as well as chandelier lighting.

Standout elements are the infinity sky pools on the 37th and 42nd floors, surrounded by lightboxes, jutting out seven metres over the edge to create a strong and dynamic visual particularly after dark. Facilities are located on the second and 44th levels.

Some 58 sky gardens with mature trees and wooden seating are dotted across the façade, while the interiors embrace a landscaping design concept with vertical grass walls and waterfalls, along with two lobby spaces.

Along with lagoon-style swimming areas and several whirlpools, there is also a kids’ pool and club, games room, meeting room facility, sundecks at various levels, a clubhouse, two gyms, fourth floor secret garden with a pool, and open green areas complete a visually engaging residence.
