Based on my experience I do not recommend this developer. Verify actual site pro

Zenithy billed me for the "Completion of Windows & Doors" milestone before it was actually done, while earlier paid stages also remained unfinished. After I flagged this, communication stopped for 2-3 months with no progress reports. Handover moved from July to 21 Sept 2026, and further delays keep appearing. I also found equipment quoted well above retail (a kitchen hob at 31,500 THB vs 15,900 THB retail), with a clause letting them change the model without notice. Based on my experience I do not recommend this developer. Verify actual site progress yourself before paying any milestone, and don't rely on their reports alone.
