Orchid Palm Homes was created as a family-owned and run company, that specialises in building high end, luxury property in Hua Hin, Thailand. Founded in 2004, we now have 10 completed developments under our belt, with the 11th development now fully sold out, with a planned completion of 2024. Reservations are now being taken on Mali Boutique, our 12th development of luxury pool villas in Hua Hin, and shall consist of 44 plots located in the same area as Mali Presitge, Mali Signature & Mali Lotus. We primarily provide lease hold purchase options, on the land, to foreign investors that are looking to purchase property here in beautiful Hua Hin, Thailand. OUR LUXURY POOL VILLAS We have 3 different types of standard villa design on Mali Vista – Villa Deluxe, Villa Signature and the Villa Leelawadee. Each design has a ‘Plus’ version. There is a show villa available for the first two types, with new show villas coming very soon for others. We welcome customer input in the final design of their own villa, if they wish to make adjustments to our standard designs.
