คอนโดมาตรฐานสูง บรรยากาศร่มรื่น

ชอบคอนเซปต์ความเป็นสวนที่กระจายอยู่ทั่วโครงการ ทำให้รู้สึกร่มรื่นตั้งแต่ทางเข้า ห้องที่ผมอยู่เป็นแบบ 1 ห้องนอนที่มีหน้าต่างบานใหญ่ เห็นวิวเมืองฝั่งพระราม 9 ได้กว้างมาก ส่วนกลางที่นี่ออกแบบได้ดูแพงและทันสมัย โดยเฉพาะสระว่ายน้ำที่รายล้อมด้วยต้นไม้ใหญ่ ฟีลเหมือนอยู่บ้านพักตากอากาศเลยครับ ทำเลตรงนี้สะดวกมากสำหรับคนใช้รถ เพราะใกล้จุดขึ้น-ลงทางด่วน และเชื่อมต่อไปยังเอกมัย-ทองหล่อได้ง่ายสุดๆ ใกล้ห้างอย่าง The Nine Rama 9 และ Foodland ที่เปิด 24 ชม. ของกินรอบๆ ก็มีให้เลือกเพียบตั้งแต่อาหารฮาลาลเด็ดๆ ไปจนถึงคาเฟ่สมัยใหม่ แม้โครงการจะยูนิตเยอะแต่ลิฟต์เร็วและนิติบุคคลจัดการเรื่องการจอดรถได้ดี

ทำเลดีแบบเดินได้จริง ไม่ใช่แค่โฆษณา

ทำเลคือจุดขาย เดินไปเซ็นทรัลพระราม 9 ไม่เกิน 10 นาที แถมมีร้านสะดวกซื้อข้างล่าง ตัวห้องสไตล์ Base จะเป็นฟังก์ชันกระทัดรัดแบบคนทำงานอยู่เองกำลังดี ครัวแบ่งโซนชัด ระเบียงกว้างให้ตากผ้าได้ ส่วนกลางที่นี่ไม่ค่อยพลุกพล่าน ฟิตเนสวิวสวย มองเห็นวิวเมืองพระราม 9 ทำให้ขยันออกกำลังกายขึ้นได้เหมือนกันนะ แต่ลิฟต์ชอบรอนาน โดยเฉพาะตอนเช้า แต่รับได้เพราะโดยรวมทำเลกับความสะดวกดีจริง ที่จอดรถเพียงพอต่อความต้องการ ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งข้อดีของคอนโดในย่านนี้
