วิวโล่ง ลมดี ที่จอดรถเยอะ ใกล้โซนธุรกิจ
เลือกเช่าที่นี่เพราะอยากได้วิวโล่ง ๆ ไม่ติดตึก และไม่ผิดหวังเลย ห้องที่อยู่หันไปทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ รับแดดเช้าอ่อน ๆ เย็น ๆ มีลมลอดตลอดปี สระว่ายน้ำเป็นระบบเกลือ ฟิตเนสวิวพัฒนาการตอนกลางคืนคือสวยมาก พื้นที่ส่วนกลางสะอาด น่าใช้งานตลอด สิ่งที่ผมชอบอีกอย่างคือที่จอดรถในร่มเยอะมาก และระบบ Keycard ไม่รวนเลย อยู่จริง ๆ แล้วรู้เลยว่าพื้นที่โซนนี้เหมาะกับคนทำงานย่านอโศกหรือพระราม 9 ที่อยากหลีกหนีความวุ่นวายแต่ยังไม่ไกลจากตัวเมือง

พื้นที่กว้างขวาง หน้ากว้าง 7.6 เมตร
อยู่มา 3 ปีแล้ว พอใจเรื่องขนาดและการจัดห้อง หน้ากว้าง 7.6 เมตร ทำให้ทั้งห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องนอน และครัวติดหน้าต่างหมด โปร่งโล่ง อากาศถ่ายเทดีมาก อยู่แล้วไม่อึดอัด เหมือนอยู่บ้านเดี่ยวมากกว่าคอนโด การเดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ ARL รามคำแหง ประมาณ 7-8 นาที ถ้าขับรถยิ่งง่าย เข้า-ออกได้หลายเส้นทาง ไปสุวรรณภูมิแค่ 20 นาทีเอง ส่วนกลางมีสระว่ายน้ำ แม้ไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่สะอาดและพอออกกำลังกายได้ ที่ชอบที่สุดคือบรรยากาศสงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย เหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้คอนโดที่เป็นส่วนตัวจริง ๆ อีกอย่างขยับจากสุขุมวิท-ทองหล่อออกมาหน่อย ราคาเลยยังพอจ่ายได้

คอนโด 35 ตารางเมตร ห้องหน้ากว้าง วางเลย์เอาท์ดี
จริงๆ อยากได้ทำเลใกล้ทองหล่อ เพราะชอบไลฟ์สไตล์แถวนั้น แต่ราคาคอนโดในทองหล่อก็สูงเอาเรื่อง เลยมองหาคอนโดที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ กัน และเดินทางไปทองหล่อได้สะดวก สุดท้ายก็มาจบที่โครงการนี้ ไม่ใช่คอนโดใหม่นะ สร้างมาสักพักแล้ว แต่ยังดูใหม่มาก เป็นห้องหน้ากว้าง เห็นหลายที่โปรโมทว่าเป็นห้องหน้ากว้าง แต่ก็ยังนึกภาพไม่ออกว่ามันดียังไง พอมาอยู่จริงแล้วมันดีมากเลย ห้องดูใหญ่ ทั้งที่ขนาดห้องจริงไม่ได้ใหญ่มากนะ ปกติเลย 1 ห้องนอน 35 ตารางเมตร คิดว่าอยู่ที่การวางเลย์เอาท์ห้องด้วย แบ่งพื้นที่ห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ ห้องนั่งเล่นได้ลงตัว แต่รู้สึกว่าครัวจะเล็กไปนิด พอดีชอบทำอาหารกินเอง
