โครงการสวย ส่วนกลางโอเค บรรยากาศร่มรื่น
โครงการดูดีและอยู่ใกล้ที่ทำงาน ส่วนกลางถือว่าครบมาก มีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส และสวนพักผ่อนที่กว้างมาก ใกล้ศูนย์การค้าใหญ่ทั้งเซ็นทรัล บางนา และเมกา บางนา ซื้อของสะดวก หาอะไรกินก็มีตัวเลือกเยอะ ทางด่วนก็เข้าถึงได้ง่าย แต่สิ่งที่ชอบมากที่สุดคือสวนและพื้นที่สีเขียวที่จัดไว้ดีมาก ไม่ได้ทำแค่ให้ดูสวยแต่ใช้งานได้จริง มีทางเดินชัดเจน ชอบมานั่งเล่นรับลมช่วงเย็นๆ นิติบุคคลก็ทำงานโอเค ตอบช้าบ้างในบางวันแต่ไม่ได้เป็นปัญหาใหญ่ เรื่องเดินทางถ้ามีรถจะสะดวกมากเพราะใกล้ทางด่วน ส่วนใครใช้ BTS ก็ต่อรถออกไปนิดเดียวมีรถสาธารณะผ่านตลอด

พื้นที่ใช้สอยคุ้มค่า ของกินรอบโครงการเยอะ
ถึงตึกจะดูเก่า สีจางไปบ้างตามกาลเวลา แต่เรื่องพื้นที่สีเขียวต้องยกให้เลย ไม่ใช่แค่สวนหย่อมเล็กๆ แต่เป็นสวนป่ากลางเมืองที่หาไม่ได้แล้วในคอนโดสมัยนี้ ส่วนใหญ่แทบจะสร้างตึกแน่นพื้นที่ จุดเด่นอีกอย่างคืออาหารการกินครับ เดินออกมาหน้าโครงการมีทุกอย่างตั้งแต่ร้านส้มตำยันร้านอาหาร ปัญหาหลักๆ ที่เจอคือที่จอดรถแอบแน่นในช่วงค่ำๆ และด้วยความที่เป็นโครงการเก่า ถ้าจะซื้อต้องตาดีได้ตาร้ายเสียเรื่องสภาพห้องภายในครับ แนะนำว่าให้หาวิศวกรมาช่วยตรวจเรื่องระบบน้ำรั่วซึมก่อนโอน ถ้าได้ห้องที่รีโนเวทมาดีๆ นะ ที่นี่คือคุ้มยิ่งกว่าคุ้มในแง่ของพื้นที่ใช้สอยครับ

คอนโดบางนา ราคาไม่แรง
ตั้งอยู่บนถนนบางนา-ตราด ใกล้ทางด่วน ถ้ามีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะสะดวกหน่อย เพราะถ้าจะขึ้น Bts ต้องต่อรถ ที่นี่เป็นโครงการที่สร้างมาค่อนข้างนานแล้ว แต่ยังถือว่าดูดีอยู่ มีหลายตึก มีพื้นที่สีเขียวค่อนข้างเยอะทำให้บรรยากาศร่มรื่น ได้ห้องกว้าง ระเบียงกว้าง ในทำเลที่ไม่ได้ออกนอกเมืองมาก มีการรักษาความปลอดภัยดี พื้นที่ส่วนกลางมีทั้งสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส สนามเด็กเล่น อาหารการกินอุดมสมบูรณ์ ภายในโครงการมีร้านอาหาร ตลาดขายของสดเล็กๆ ตอบรับไลฟ์สไตล์การใช้ชีวิตคนเมืองในปัจจุบัน สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาทำเลเหมาะๆ พัฒนาได้ในอนาคต ราคาไม่แรง ก็ถือว่าเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดี
