อยู่มาปีกว่าแล้ว ยังไม่เจอข้อเสียจนอยากย้าย
หาคอนโดตอนแรกก็แค่คิดว่าเดินทางสะดวกก็พอ แต่พออยู่จริงมันได้มากกว่าที่คิดไว้ การเดินทางได้แน่ๆ เดินไป MRT พระราม 9 ได้ ห้องไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก แต่ Layout ออกแบบมาดี อยู่คนเดียวสบายๆ ครัวปิด เวลาทำกับข้าวกลิ่นไม่ฟุ้งเข้าห้องนอน พื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ชอบโซนฟิตเนสกับ Co-working นิติบุคคลก้บริหารจัดการดี อยู่มาปีกว่า แจ้งซ่อมไปสองสามครั้ง มีเรื่องน้ำรั่วกับระบบแอร์ ทุกครั้งได้รับการตอบกลับและดำเนินการภายในวันนั้นหรือวันถัดไป ไม่ต้องตามหลายรอบ โดยรวมแล้วที่นี่อาจจะเป็นคอนโดไม่ได้ว้าวตั้งแต่แรกเห็น แต่สะดวกสำหรับคนทำงานในเมืองมาก

หาคอนโดอยู่นาน สุดท้ายก็ได้ที่นี่
แถวนี้คอนโดเยอะมาก เลือกจนมึน แต่สุดท้ายจบที่นี่เพราะทำเลล้วนๆ เลยครับ ผมเช่าอยู่เองแต่ไม่มีเวลาหาเลยให้เอเจนท์ช่วยหาห้องวิวสวยๆ ให้ จนได้ 1 ห้องนอนที่จัดสัดส่วนในห้องมาค่อนข้างลงตัว แต่ที่ประทับใจสุดคือส่วนกลางที่ออกแบบมาให้ใช้งานได้จริง ไม่ใช่แค่สวยอย่างเดียว อย่าง Co-working space ก็เงียบพอให้นั่งทำงานยาวๆ แถมเน็ตเสถียรด้วย ส่วนฟิตเนสก็แบ่งโซนดีไม่รู้สึกอึดอัด สระว่ายน้ำช่วงเย็นคนอาจจะเยอะหน่อยแต่ก็เข้าใจได้ เรื่องการเดินทางคือสะดวกจริง เดินไป MRT พระราม 9 ได้สบายๆ จะไปเซ็นทรัลหรือฟอร์จูนก็ใกล้แค่นิดเดียวเองครับ

ส่วนกลาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต้องยกให้เลย
คอนโดใหญ่ ส่วนกลางอลังการที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในย่านนี้เลยก็เลยเลือกที่นี่ สระว่ายน้ำชั้นดาดฟ้าที่เชื่อมต่อกัน 3 สระคือที่สุด และก็ชอบที่อยู่ใกล้ MRT พระราม 9 และ Airport Rail Link มักกะสัน มาก ไปทำงานอโศกหรือไปสนามบินได้สะดวก รอบ ๆ โครงการมีของกินตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และเดินไป Central Rama 9 ได้ในไม่กี่นาที บรรยากาศในโครงการมีความสงบมาก ไม่ได้ดูวุ่นวาย ถึงจะมีทั้งวัยรุ่น วัยทำงาน แต่ส่วนใหญ่ก็จะไม่ค่อยอยู่ติดห้อง จะชอบออกมาใช้ส่วนกลางหรือออกไปใช้ชีวิตข้างนอกกัน
