คอนโดหรูแยกอโศก-เพชรบุรี ใกล้ MRT/ARL
เป็นที่ที่อยู่แล้วไม่อยากย้ายเลยครับ ตัวโครงการอยู่ตรงแยกอโศก-เพชรบุรีพอดี เดินไป MRT เพชรบุรีแค่ 2 นาที หรือจะขึ้น Airport Rail Link มักกะสันก็ได้ ห้องขนาดไม่ใหญ่มากแต่จัดพื้นที่ดีมาก วัสดุหรูตั้งแต่พื้นไม้จริงถึงผ้าม่านสองชั้น สระว่ายน้ำและฟิตเนสวิวเมืองคือที่สุดของย่านนี้ สิ่งที่ต้องยกนิ้วให้คือการบริหารอาคารมืออาชีพมาก ๆ ทุกอย่างสะอาด เรียบร้อย และปลอดภัย พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยคอยดูแลตลอด ข้อเสียเดียวคือรถติดช่วงเย็น แต่ถ้าอยู่เองโดยไม่ต้องขับรถบ่อย ถือว่าสะดวกครบทุกอย่างจริง ๆ

ทำเลดี เดินไป MRT ได้
อยู่ที่ ดิ แอดเดรส อโศก ประมาณเกือบสองปี บอกเลยว่าทำเลคือจุดแข็งที่สุด ออกจากคอนโดเดินไป MRT เพชรบุรีไม่ถึง 5 นาที หรือถ้าจะขึ้นแอร์พอร์ตลิงก์ก็สะดวกมาก เวลาต้องไปสนามบินคือสะดวก ไม่ต้องเรียกแท็กซี่ไปไกล ตัวโครงการไม่ใหญ่ ห้องก็ไม่ได้กว้างเว่อร์ แต่จัดฟังก์ชันดี ครัวแยกชัด ไม่มีกลิ่นรบกวนในห้องนอน พื้นที่ส่วนกลางโอเค มีสระ ฟิตเนสครบ ถึงจะไม่ได้ใหญ่เท่าคอนโดใหม่ ๆ แต่ก็ใช้งานจริงได้ ไม่แออัด ข้อเสียที่เจอคือที่จอดรถไม่พอ โดยเฉพาะถ้ากลับดึก ๆ อาจต้องวนหลายรอบ แต่ถ้าใครทำงานย่านอโศก รัชดา หรือต้องเดินทางบ่อย ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์เลยเพราะโลเคชั่นคือดีจริง ๆ เหมาะกับคนทำงานกลางเมืองที่ไม่อยากเสียเวลาเดินทางค่ะ

คอนโดใกล้ MRT เพชรบุรี และแอร์พอร์ต เรล ลิงก์ มักกะสัน เดินไม่ถึง 5 นาที ก็ถึงสถานี ห้องมีให้เลือกเป็น 1 ห้องนอน กับ 2 ห้องนอนแล้วแต่ชอบ เราเลือก 2 ห้องนอน อยู่กันเป็นครอบครัว ตอนโสดมีประสบการณ์อยู่ห้องสตูดิโอมาแล้ว ซื้อคอนโดใหม่เลยเลือกห้องใหญ่ไว้ก่อน 65 ตารางเมตร อยู่ห้องมุมได้วิวได้สองด้าน ระบายอากาศดี หน้าร้อนก็ไม่อบอ้าว เงียบและเป็นส่วนตัวกว่าด้วย เพราะไม่มีห้องอีกด้านที่ติดกับผนังห้องเรา การออกแบบภายในห้องมีความเรียบหรู วัสดุคุณภาพดีสมราคา เราให้อินทีเรียมาตกแต่งเพิ่ม อ้อ! ที่นี่ใกล้โรงเรียนลูกด้วย เซนต์ดอมินิกไม่ถึง 300 เมตร
