คอนโด High-End ทำเลพร้อมพงษ์-อโศก
ชอบทำเลระหว่างพร้อมพงษ์กับอโศก เดินไป BTS แค่ 5 นาที รอบ ๆ เต็มไปด้วยคาเฟ่ ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น และ Villa Market ห้องตกแต่งหรูสไตล์โมเดิร์นมินิมอล พื้นไม้แท้และเฟรมประตูบานใหญ่ทำให้ห้องดูโปร่งมาก ตอนกลางคืนวิวเมืองจากระเบียงคือจุดพักใจประจำวันเลย ส่วนกลางหรูหรา ฟิตเนสวิวเมืองและสระว่ายน้ำแบบอินฟินิตี้ ใครชอบคอนโดแนว high-end แต่ไม่อยากอยู่ห้องเล็กแคบ ที่นี่คือคำตอบ อยู่เองแล้วรู้เลยว่าคุณภาพของ Noble ไม่เคยทำให้ผิดหวัง

ทำเลอยู่ในซอยสุขุมวิท 33 ใกล้ BTS พร้อมพงษ์ และ BTS อโศก เดินทางไปไหนก็สะดวก ใกล้ Gateway Ekamai EmQuartier ช้อปปิ้งกินข้าวไม่เป็นปัญหา พอดีมีญาติซื้ออยู่ก่อนแล้ว เลยคุ้นเคยและมั่นใจเรื่องคุณภาพ ออกแบบดี ใช้วัสดุคุณภาพสูง พื้นที่ใช้สอยคุ้มค่า built-in ครบ เฟอร์นิเจอร์มีบางส่วน เลือกห้องได้ว่าอยากจะได้วิวเมืองหรือวิวสวน ส่วนตัวชอบ city view เลยเลือกชั้นสูงๆ หน่อย พื้นที่ส่วนกลางมีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส library ห้องประชุม sky lounge การรักษาความปลอดภัยดี รปภ.ดูมืออาชีพ ราคาสูงหน่อย ด้วยทำเลที่ตั้ง แต่แลกกับได้อยู่ใจกลางเมือง รายล้อมด้วยความเจริญ

คอนโดใจกลางเมือง พื้นที่สีเขียวและมุมพักผ่อนเยอะ
เรื่องทำเลให้คะแนนอยู่แล้ว คอนโดใกล้ BTS พร้อมพงษ์ แต่ที่ชอบมากกว่าเป็นเรื่องการออกแบบที่ดูทันสมัยและหรูหรา วัสดุนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ และก็การให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นที่สีเขียวกระจายอยู่หลายๆ จุด คอนโดในเมืองเดี๋ยวนี้หาพื้นที่สีเขียวได้ยาก แต่ที่นี่มีให้ มีมุมพักผ่อนอยู่หลายจุด รอบโครงการมีร้านอาหาร ห้างหรูอย่างเอ็มควอเทียร์ เอ็มโพเรียม แถมยังมีสวนเบญจสิริ ให้ไปพักผ่อนหย่อนใจอยู่ใกล้ๆ ข้อเสียมีนิดหน่อย เช่น ค่าส่วนกลางค่อนข้างสูง และที่จอดรถอาจจะคับแคบไปหน่อย แต่โดยรวมแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามากสำหรับคนที่ต้องการความสะดวกสบาย ใช้ชีวิตใจกลางเมือง
