ที่พักดี อยู่สบาย ไม่วุ่นวายใจ
ผมซื้ออยู่เองเพราะทำงานโซนประชาชื่น บอกเลยว่าทำเลเตาปูนสะดวกมาก เดินลง MRT เตาปูน ไปต่อไม่กี่นาที ที่สำคัญคือเป็นจุดอินเตอร์เชนจ์สายสีน้ำเงินกับสีม่วง เวลาไปพระราม 9 หรือบางใหญ่คือสะดวกสุด ห้องที่อยู่เป็นแบบ 1 ห้องนอน พื้นที่ใช้สอยค่อนข้างกว้าง เฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่โครงการให้แข็งแรงกว่าที่คิดไว้ เสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกน้อยเพราะใช้กระจกหนา จุดที่ผมชอบที่สุดคือฟิตเนสกับสระว่ายน้ำบนชั้นดาดฟ้า วิวแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาแบบเต็มตา สวยทุกช่วงเย็น การบริหารจัดการของนิติฯ ดีมาก เจ้าหน้าที่ตอบไว ช่วยเหลือทุกเรื่อง แถมมีคาเฟ่เล็ก ๆ ใต้ตึกด้วย อยู่ที่นี่แล้วรู้สึกว่าชีวิตในเมืองไม่ต้องวุ่นวายก็ได้ถ้าที่พักดีพอดี

พื้นที่ส่วนกลางมีให้ครบทุกชั้น
เลือกถูกมาก อยากได้ความสะดวกในการเดินทางมาเป็นอย่างแรก คอนโดอยู่ใกล้สถานีเตาปูน ใกล้ Interchange Hub (100 เมตร) เดินออกจากโครงการมาก็เจอทางขึ้นสถานีเลย เชื่อมต่อรถไฟฟ้าหลายเส้นทาง ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกมาก ไม่ว่าจะไปลาดพร้าว จตุจักร หรือเข้าเมืองสีลม สาทร อีกอย่างที่ชอบคือ การออกแบบพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้กระจายอยู่ตลอด 30 ชั้น ใช้งานได้ง่าย ไม่ต้องแย่งกัน ถ้าส่วนกลางชั้นนี้มีคนใช้แล้ว ก็เปลี่ยนไปใช้ชั้นอื่นแทนได้ เราชอบความเป็นส่วนตัว เวลาจะมาใช้ก็จะเช็กตารางการจองก่อนตลอด บางทีก็อยากนั่งอ่านหนังสือหรือนั่งทำงานใน Co-woorking Space แบบเงียบๆ

เลือกซื้อคอนโดต้องเปรียบเทียบทั้งข้อดี-ข้อเสีย
ข้อดีคือราคาไม่แพงมาก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า MRT เตาปูน เป็นสถานี Interchange เชื่อมต่อกับรถไฟฟ้าสายสีน้ำเงินและสายสีม่วง แค่เดินออกจากโครงการไม่ถึง 1 นาที ก็ถึงบันไดขึ้นสถานีแล้ว แต่ก็มีข้อเสียนิดหน่อย เช่น เสียงค่อนข้างดัง เพราะอยู่ใกล้ถนนใหญ่ และที่จอดรถรู้สึกว่าน้อยไปหน่อย อาจจะคิดว่าคนที่อยู่น่าจะใช้รถไฟฟ้าเป็นหลักก็เป็นได้ เลยทำมาน้อย แต่ส่วนกลางให้มาเยอะและหลากหลาย กระจายอยู่หลายชั้น ใช้งานได้สะดวก แต่ด้วยจำนวนยูนิตที่เยอะ 700 กว่ายูนิต อาจจะทำให้บางช่วงเวลาคนเยอะ ต้องแชร์กันพอสมควร แต่โดยรวมถือว่าข้อดีมากกว่า ห้องก็มีให้เลือกหลายขนาด
