ติด BTS พระโขนง ห้องกว้างคุ้มราคา
ตึกอาจจะไม่ใหม่แต่ดูแลดีมาก อยู่ตรงสุขุมวิท 71 ใกล้ BTS พระโขนง ขับรถเข้าออกง่ายเพราะมีซอยเชื่อมเยอะ ตอนแรกไม่คาดหวังมาก แต่พออยู่จริง ๆ คือพื้นที่ห้องใหญ่มากเมื่อเทียบกับราคา ห้องที่ผมอยู่ประมาณ 60 ตร.ม. เป็นห้องรีโนเวตใหม่ เจ้าของตกแต่งสไตล์มินิมอล เฟอร์บิวต์อินไม้แท้ ทั้งห้องนอน ห้องนั่งเล่นโปร่งด้วยเพดานสูงกว่าโครงการใหม่ ๆ ส่วนกลางแม้ไม่หรูหราแต่ใช้งานได้จริง ฟิตเนสมีอุปกรณ์ครบ มีสระว่ายน้ำ รปภ.ดูแลตลอด 24 ชม. กฎระเบียบเข้มงวด คนนอกต้องแลกบัตรทุกครั้ง รู้สึกปลอดภัยดี อยู่ใกล้แม็กซ์แวลูและตลาดพระโขนง เดินหาของกินอร่อยๆ ได้ทุกวัน

ห้องกว้าง อยู่สบาย ใกล้ BTS เอกมัย
ดีไซน์อาจจะไม่ได้เป็นจุดขายเหมือนคอนโดเปิดใหม่สมัยนี้ แต่ขนาดห้องนี่ยกให้เลย ห้องกว้าง อยู่สบาย พื้นที่ส่วนกลางมีสระว่ายน้ำกับฟิตเนส (เอาจริงก็ใช้อยู่แค่นี้แหละ มีเยอะไปบางทีก็ใช้ไม่ครบ แถมต้องจ่ายค่าส่วนกลางแพงอีก) การเดินทางสะดวกมาก ใกล้ BTS เอกมัย พวกร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ และร้านสะดวกซื้อมีรอบๆ โครงการ การบริหารจัดการของนิติบุคคลถือว่าพอใช้ได้ มีบางช่วงที่แจ้งซ่อมบำรุงอาจจะช้าบ้าง แต่ตอบดี ดู nice สรุปแล้วจากที่อยู่เอง หลักๆ จะเหมาะกับคนที่อยากอยู่ทำเลดี ราคาจับต้องได้ ไม่ซีเรียสเรื่องอาคารที่ไม่ได้ใหม่มากครับ
