ถูกใจวิวแม่น้ำ ห้องได้รับลม ชมวิว
จุดเด่นจะเป็นวิวแม่น้ำ (ต้องชั้นสูงๆ หน่อยจะเห็น) แต่การออกแบบห้องก็ดีเหมือนกัน เราตัดสินใจเช่าอยู่หลักๆ ก็มาจากบรรยากาศที่สงบ ผ่อนคลาย กับห้องขนาดว่าไม่ได้แต่งแบบเรียบง่าย ไม่ได้หรูหรามาก แต่ด้วยขนาดพื้นที่ใช้สอยลงตัว ไม่รู้สึกว่าแคบหรืออึดอัด เลยช่วยให้อยู่แล้วสบายขึ้น โครงการอยู่ฝั่งนนท์ซึ่งเงียบกว่าในเมืองมาก เหมาะกับคนที่อยาก slow life หน่อย แต่ไม่อยากออกไปอยู่ไกลเกินไป ส่วนกลางมีครบตามมาตรฐาน การบริหารจัดการอาคารเป็นสไตล์ลุมพินี คือเป็นระบบ ไม่มีอะไรให้ต้องหงุดหงิด เหมาะกับคนที่มองหาความคุ้มค่าและความสบายใจมากกว่าความหรูหรา

จ่ายค่าเช่าแลกกับคุณภาพชีวิตถือว่าคุ้ม
อยากได้บรรยากาศเงียบ ๆ ไม่วุ่นวายแบบในเมือง ตอนกลางคืนแทบไม่ได้ยินเสียงรถเลย ห้องขนาดไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ฟังก์ชั่นจัดมาดี อยู่คนเดียวหรือสองคนกำลังพอดี ครัวเป็นครัวปิด ทำอาหารง่าย ๆ ได้จริง กลิ่นไม่เข้าห้องนอน พื้นและผนังอาจไม่ได้หรู แต่ทน ใช้งานจริงโอเค ส่วนกลางเน้นใช้งานจริงมากกว่าความสวย ฟิตเนสอุปกรณ์พื้นฐานครบ สวนริมน้ำเป็นมุมที่เราใช้บ่อย เดินตอนเย็นสบายมาก นิติจะเข้มเรื่องระเบียบ แต่ข้อดีคือโครงการดูเรียบร้อย ไม่วุ่นวาย ข้อจำกัดคือถ้าไม่มีรถจะไม่ค่อยสะดวก รถสาธารณะไม่ได้ถี่มาก แต่ถ้ามีรถถือว่าอยู่สบาย ค่าเช่ากับคุณภาพชีวิตถือว่าคุ้มค่ะ
