อยู่แบบครอบครัวก็สะดวก มีร้านอาหารในโครงการ
ซื้อไว้อยู่กับแฟนค่ะ ตอนแรกคิดว่าคอนโดติด BTS จะวุ่นวาย แต่ที่นี่คือสงบกว่าที่คิด ยูนิตไม่หนาแน่นเกินไป มีร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่เล็ก ๆ อยู่ในโครงการเลย ไม่ต้องออกไปไกล บางวันอยู่แต่ในคอนโดทั้งวันก็ไม่เบื่อ ตัวห้องเราอยู่แบบ 2 ห้องนอน มีพื้นที่ครัวปิด ทำอาหารจริงจังได้แบบไม่ต้องกลัวกลิ่น ห้องน้ำมี 2 ห้อง แบ่งกันใช้สะดวกมากค่ะ แถมยังมี Shuttle service รับ-ส่ง BTS แบริ่ง ด้วยอีกอย่าง ใครที่มีเด็กหรือวางแผนอยู่ยาว ๆ แถวนี้คือตอบโจทย์มาก

ห้องมองเห็นวิวสวย เดินไป BTS ได้
เราอยู่เช่าห้องแบบชั้นสูงสุด วิวเมืองคือดีมาก มองออกไปไกลสุดสายตาไม่มีตึกบังเลยค่ะ เวลาตื่นเช้ามาเปิดม่านรับแสงธรรมชาติส่องถึง ส่วนตัวไม่ชอบห้องที่แสงเข้าไม่ถึง ห้องทึบๆ อะไรแบบนั้น มันดูไม่เฟรช ภายในห้องก็จัดฟังก์ชั่นได้ดี ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัดแม้ขนาดไม่ใหญ่มาก ส่วนกลางของที่นี่ดีเกินราคาค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ ฟิตเนสครบ ห้องสมุดกว้างมากใช้ทำงานได้จริง แถมเดินไป BTS แบริ่งแค่ประมาณ 250 เมตรเอง ถือว่าใกล้มาก เดินตอนกลางคืนก็ยังสว่างและปลอดภัยค่ะ

ไม่ทราบว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นนะ แต่ผู้จัดการคอนโดของบางโครงการทำตัวแย่มาก ไม่ทราบว่า LPP จัดการกันยังไงนะเดี๋ยวนี้ ชื่อเสียงบริษัทก็เคยดีนิ หรือว่าอยู่ ๆ อยากหาเรื่องให้โดนด่า ปรับปรุงพนักงานหน่อยเหอะ วันก่อนเห็นผจก.คนนี้พูดจาไม่ดีใส่ลูกบ้าน ดีว่ามีคนยืนห้ามไม่งั้นอาจจะเกิดการทะเลาะกันหนักขึ้น อ้อแล้วก็โครงการอื่น ๆ ที่ LPP บริหารก็แย่มาก ๆ สรุปคือต้องการเรียกคนมาด่าหรือไม่อยากทำแล้วก็ยุบ บ. ไปเถอะ เดือดร้อนชาวคอนโดต้องมาเจอคนพวกนี้บริษัทแย่ ๆ แบบนี้
