คอนโดใกล้เมือง ใกล้หมอ ไม่วุ่นวาย
ตั้งใจหาคอนโดให้คุณพ่อคุณแม่ที่ยังอยากอยู่ในเมือง ไม่ไกลหมอ ไม่เงียบจนเกินไปแต่ก็ไม่วุ่นวาย เลยใช้บริการเอเจนต์ให้ช่วย shortlist ให้ สุดท้ายเลือกที่นี่ เพราะตอบโจทย์หลายข้อมาก ทั้งทำเลที่ไปโรงพยาบาลคามิลเลียนหรือสมิติเวชได้ง่าย ใกล้ห้าง มีร้านอาหารเดินถึง เอเจนต์ช่วยหาแบบ 2 ห้องนอนให้ ได้ห้องแบบ corner unit ที่หันหน้าทางที่พ่อแม่ชอบ คือไม่ร้อนแดดบ่าย และวิวไม่ติดตึก ห้องตกแต่งมาให้แบบ fully fitted ทำความสะอาดง่าย แม่ชอบตรงครัวปิด ไม่ต้องกลัวกลิ่นอาหารติดโซนอื่น ที่จอดรถมีแบบ automatic parking ซึ่งตอนแรกแม่งง ๆ แต่พอใช้บ่อย ๆ ก็ชิน ระบบลิฟต์แยกส่วนดี ความปลอดภัยแน่น รปภ. ใจดี คุณพ่อชอบลงไปเดินเล่นที่สวนชั้นล่าง เขาว่าบรรยากาศร่มรื่น มีที่ให้นั่งพักเยอะ

เลย์เอาท์ลงตัว แบ่งโซนชัดเจน
แว๊บแรกที่ตัดสินใจมาดูโครงการนี้ เพราะอยากได้ที่อยู่ที่เดินทางง่ายไปพร้อมพงษ์ ที่ทำงานผมอยู่แถวเอ็มควอเทียร์ครับ ขับรถไม่ถึง 10 นาทีถึง ส่วนวันไหนขี้เกียจก็เรียกแกร็บง่าย ๆ ทองหล่อก็อยู่ใกล้ด้วย อยากกินอะไรก็หาได้หมดทั้งกลางวันกลางคืน เลือกซื้อห้อง 1 ห้องนอน เพราะอยู่คนเดียว พื้นที่ใช้สอยพอสมควร ถึงจะไม่ใหญ่มากแต่จัดเลย์เอาท์มาลงตัว โซนครัวกับห้องนั่งเล่นแยกชัดเจน ชั้นที่ผมได้ไม่สูงมาก วิวเลยไม่โดดเด่นเท่าไหร่ แต่ได้ความเป็นส่วนตัวแทน ชอบตรง facilities จัดเต็มแบบโรงแรม ฟิตเนสดีมาก มีเครื่องครบ เหมือนยกยิมมาไว้บน rooftop สระว่ายน้ำวิวสวย

คอนโดสูง ตกแต่งหรู ย่านทองหล่อ
เห็นทำเลและความสูงของคอนโดแล้ว ราคาไม่น่าจะธรรมดา แต่พออ่านรายละเอียด เทียบกับสิ่งที่จะได้แล้วก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก ถ้าไม่ติดเรื่องงบประมาณก็น่าสนใจไม่น้อย คอนโดมี 3 ตึก ห้องพักมีให้เลือกหลายรูปแบบ พื้นที่ใช้สอยเริ่มต้น 30 ไปจนถึง 97 ตารางเมตร เหมาะทั้งอยู่คนเดียว อยู่กับแฟน หรือจะอยู่เป็นครอบครัวก็ได้ การตกแต่งหรูมากเหมือนอยู่โรงแรม มีเฟอร์นิเจอร์ให้บางส่วน หิ้วกระเป๋าอยู่ได้เลย และที่ถูกใจสายเทคโนโลยีเอามาก ๆ ก็ตรงที่ใช้ Home Automation ควบคุมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าผ่านจอมือถือ ส่วนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ไม่ต้องแย่งกันใช้ เพราะมีให้แต่ละตึกแบบครบครัน
